it feels governed cuz it doesnt like to accelerate past 5k and it after the car has been run a while but i have no top end could it be the stock ecu not liking a lot aof cold air from my cai i have thought it might also be a bad MAF

my car has an injen cai and it it doesnt sound like a leak its more of a honda reving its engine at high rpm but really high piched and i have no top end it has not been flashed
