2003 Mazda Protege Parts So, bought what I thought was a decent vehicle. 2003 Mazda Protege 5 standard with 141k on the strong running motor. I knew it had some surface rust here and there and major rust in wheel wells. I didn't realize that the majority of the underside was hiding a lot of bondo under the undercoating... Car will never be stickered again without a lot of welding that I can't afford. It has a great running motoe, handles great, and the sticker is good until October, but I want to sell as parts car. If I don't sell for close to the price, then I will be parting it out this summer. So, email me if you need a part, or if you are interested in whole car.
