head unit.....time for a change

Has anyone changed their head unit(themselves)? If so can you please post some instructions on how to GET THE STOCK UNIT OUT!! I also want to take the trim out so i can paint it[VIVID YELLOW..!!!]

Ya I took a look at that myself when I was trying to get my deck out and it didn't really go into it in detail. One of my friends (Who steals car radios for a living) showed me how. I drew a little pic for ya (Very crude). Should get the point.
