Unable to connect to Apple CarPlay

Unable to connect to Apple CarPlay. I've already tried replacing the USB hub with a new iPhone, as well as changing the cable - but the problem persists and I still can't connect to CarPlay.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Here is my solution when this occurred on my 2023 CX-5:

Main screen --> Settings --> Connectivity Settings --> Bluetooth --> Phone Connectivity Settings --> [Select your device name] --> Set Device Connection Status to "Always Enable".

Yes, I've tried that too, but it still didn't work out. I'm really confused.

Judging by the picture, you are connected to USB1. Apple CarPlay usually connects on USB2. So, I would remove the USB stick from USB1 port and try again to connect to CarPlay. If you are trying to connect the CarPlay through bluetooth, I believe that you should remove any device connected to the USB ports because they will have priority over the bluetooth.

I would also double check that the cable is a regular cable and not a “charge only” type (if USB-C and not Lightning). I see you tried another cable so I’m guessing that’s not it but figured I’d suggest anyway.
