Navigation issue with new CX-5

New to this thread, Just got a used 2016, and zero updates have been done. Its my daughters so I need her to be safe. Im in the process of updating the infotainment, so she doesn't have to mess with her phone. But I did notice the nav. kinda sucks. I see some guys here buying non-OEM cards. Do these have the nav maps and info preloaded? and can I get one for a 18/19 and have it work on the 16? Amazon?

The infotainment system for the 2nd gen is completely different than 1st gen so there is no compatibility. You will want to make sure that you get things that are specific for the first generation 2016 model.
