Serial number for 2008 Mazda6 rubber grommet rear windshield wiper arm

While washing the car I noticed this rubber grommet/seal had completely disintegrated.

Anyone knows the Mazda OEM order number for this rubber seal?

If you take off the wiper arm and take the nut with you to a hardware store, finding a grommet that will fit around the shaft should be pretty simple.

Looks like the part in question is #GJ6A-67-366A (for either 3.0L or 2.3L models):

That is correct!

Ended up reaching out to Mazda and they confirmed it. 20USD seemed a bit steep though so ordered from ebay (8USD).
