Steering Wheel with Paddle Shifter Swap...Wiring question

Hi everyone, I joined the Mazda owners a few months ago. We have two small guys and my tiny hatchback wasn’t cutting it in the baby chair department. So I bought a 2012 Mazda5 Minivan or Huge-hatch as I like to see it. Love the car, and realize it’s never gonna be a Mazdaspeed3, but it doesn’t mean I can’t “feel” like I’m having fun.

I did a thing and bought a 2011 Mazda3/Axela steering wheel with paddle shifters. The swap was easy mechanically, but I can figure out the wiring harness control color differences. I know I have to run the wires from the Tiptronic and tap into the new paddle shifters, it’s the other wires, like “info” button and a couple other colors I can get to work. Every else works fine, volume, tuning, cruise control, etc.

Does anyone have wire harness color diagram or code identification?

Google Mazda 5 or 3 FSM, you should be able to download the whole manual, which has the color code.

I commend you as this was a project I wanted to do immediately after getting my Mazda5 earlier this year. Wish I could be of help, good luck getting those paddles shifting!
