Pulled the 3rd row out of my car and put in a 3/8" plywood floor. Three 14mm headed bolts, one electrical connector and 2 plastic clips that hold down the butt cushion. Pivot those to the driver side. Those were the only thing that was tricky. I made a cardboard template. Max size 53" long and 40" wide. Probably going to staple down some indoor/outdoor carpet.
