CX-9 Creaking reaction bar rubber

Mazda cx-9 2008
Is replacing the stabilization bar problematic? I just want to replace the pillows. Do I have to unscrew the engine frame and rocker arms? Has anyone done such an exchange?

Sway bar = anti sway bar = stabilizer bar (not reaction bar)
The bushings do wear out and can be replaced. Is this it:?

You may find aftermarket bushings at a lower price. If they're listed, they can be replaced. I don't know the procedure for your car. Urethane bushings are usually less compliant than stock-type bushings.
