Hi lapaja, I think those rear red fog lights are installed only in European CX9s. I did a parts search for you thru my local mazda dealership online and there is nothing for rear fog switch, it must be only sold in the European market, I'm not sure. I've never seen that switch before, can you post a picture of the actual rear fog light in your CX9 from the back of the car? Thanks.

Hi lapaja,

Thank you for posting the picture of the rear fog light adjacent to the driver side exhaust, I've never see those in the US or Canadian CX9s. It must be a European regulation. I see those on the BMW Minis and Subaru BRZs but not the CX9s.

Off topic: another regulation is that front side marker reflectors here have to be an amber color, European can be clear which IMHO looks nicer, are your CX9 front headlight side reflectors clear or amber?

Awesome modification lapaja. That's the way the headlights SHOULD have looked from the factory. Very nice and clean.
