Looking for fender hardware

My front bumper cover of my 2010 Mazda6 keeps popping out on the RHS. I bought the car used and I took the bumper off to examine what could be wrong. I found that a plastic part had a broken/missing lip that helps keep the bumper cover in place. The part number is GS3L-500T1 but I cannot find it on any parts diagrams.

Body Hardware Diagrams Where should I be looking?

I found what I was looking for. It appears on the diagram for the front bumper, not the fender itself.
