Chrome-look part of the grill looking deforming

So the chrome-ish part of the grille in my car is kinda deforming. It looks like there's a bubble in it, not sure what caused it but that's not a good thing on a car thats barely 5 months old. Anyone notice or got this?

Here's a pic hopefully its clear enough as I took it with minimal lighting in my garage and with a crappy dying android phone. They look like little ridges that melted or something.

Edit: Heres some new pics. Thank god for my LED flashlight lol It looks like an undulation on the chrome piece This is on the drive side on the -u-

i know exactly where that is from that picture and the finish is CLEARLY losing adhesion from the part. make a fuss about this.

Update: The dealer took a picture of it and sent it to Mazda corporate apparently because they can't replace it on their own.
