2013 Speed3
That's right. After 11.5 years of great fun with my Protege5, I have stepped up to the new 2013 Speed3.

Can everybody say, "Ohhhhh yeah!"

I've had it for two days and the smile on my face is still there. I really wasn't planning to get it yet, but with the redesign of the Mazda3 for 2014, and no indication of a Speed version, I figured I better jump while there were still some available.

But I will miss the P5. Even after all these years, it's still a great looking car, and has been extremely reliable. I hope to sell it to a young person who enjoys driving and maintaining cars, but doesn't want to spend a mint doing so.

I just picked up a 2010 Mazda 3 hatch and love it as well. Didn't want a speed no need for another turbo daily

Good on ya'!

Turbo FTW! (Jus' don' rev on dem Lancer Ralliarts, MMk? [insert evil laugh] )

There is a forum member "Bob_Bobber0" from the ATL looking for a P5. You might sent a PM.

Yah my brother has the 2010 mazdaspeed. I got a chance to drive it around for like 4-5 hours on a road trip together and omg that thing has some nice boost it. Of course I've never drove a turbo car before but man I loved it. The only thing is im just not a fan of the front end but it really is a nice car, gps, leather, very nice interior... All mazda needs to work on is making an awd mazdaspeed version, then they can really be neck to neck with sti and evo. Of course by then the evo and sti will be electric and turbo....hopefully, thats what i'm waiting for. OMGG that would be the best. My only engineering thought is, would it be better to have an electric motor power to the front or back, what would give more performance? I think the ultimate machine would be maybe two 60-80 hp electric motor, one for each rear tire giving massive torque and then a 2.5 liter 4 cyl. 20 psi turbo boost for the front engine. Man that would be a beast and awd. Give it 5-10 years and thats what every car will be, electric +motor.

I drive my fathers 07 ms3 occasionally, such a fun car to drive. Definitely lose some mpg because its just so much fun too pop the turbo off lights, but so worth it for the fun!
