p5 not starting circuit malfunction

so my p5 is not starting the starter cranks normally but the motor wont start. The battery definitely has power and the alt is good but the radio shuts off when i turn the key. It threw a code for a CKP sensor circuit malfunction, so I tested all the wires going to it Im not sure what they are suppose to read so i am going to list what I got. Im new to mazda and couldn't fine much more info to help me out from hear.

572.8 OHM
.290V

terminal harness plug

"A" "B"16.2 OHM
"B" "A" 5.4 OHM

from pin 22/blue harness side to terminal plug

A -.137V

B -.137V

C 2.127V

from pin 21/yellow harness side to terminal plug

A -11.95V

B -11.94V

C -3.145V

Also does anyone know if the 1.8 and the 2.0 CKP sensor are the same my local junk yard has a 1.8 protege and I was goin to swap the sensor to see what happens.
