advice on refinishing rims after gouges from tire installer.....

so I got new tires put on last week and when I went to pick up my car these scratches and gouges were on all 4 rims!! The Tech that did the work tried to pass it off as black marks that would wipe off. I had the owner come out and look at it and he agreed with me, that the tire removal tool must have done it since it is on all 4 rims. My questions is, How would you go about refinishing these? The shop said they would take care of fixing it, I just want to make sure whoever they send it to does it correctly....

We had a company come to us that does Mobile wheel refinishing. They fixed one of our Advan wheels on our speed 3. You cant even see that there was any damage to the wheel. I am sure there would be a company near you that could fix the wheels for you.
