Looking at the second picture, focus on the the hole that leads to the tube going to the valve cover (where the ptp pill goes) and you can definitely see a concentration of whatever that black stuff is. I would guess thats where all of this crap is coming from. Getting a catch can might help, I could be completely wrong though. Maybe you over oiled the filter last time? Either way it don't look good.
