Need help with sound system Please

Hopefully this Is the right place to post something for help. If is not please forgive me.
I just bought an 03 MSP. I am having some problems with the sound system. I have sound coming out of the 4 doors speakers. No sound coming out of the speaker near the rear glass (ref to pic #1).
Also I notice nothing coming out from the sub woofer ether. I toke the cd player out of the car Kenwood (KDC-x590). Find out the RCA (Label sub woofer) from the cd player, the connectors are not hooked up to anything (Ref to pic #2). Also I found lain in the back other set of RCA connectors and a blue/white wire not hooked up to any thing. Is that supposed to be hooked up all together? If it is where can I hooked that blue cable?, is that the power for the amp? Is ther any diagram about about the sub and amp for the msp ? Please help

those two spots in the back are dummy spots, no speakers are there

The red and white, are the RCA's that go to the amp. the blue is your remote that connects to the head unit at one end and the other end goes to the amp. there should be a power wire and ground that go to your amp, make sure everything is hook up to your amp correctly and the fuses are there and not popped. also the sub should be connected to the amp. if everything is there and connected it should work (theres a red light on the kenwood amp that will light up is theres power). ya the two spots back there dont have speakers.
