Knock retard question..

Is having some knock okay at WOT? I'm getting some on shifts but it's less than a full cycle...
 
Not even one. Can't upload my log for some reason but I'm getting partial knock with the highest hitting around .7 when I'm going through the gears.

A reading like that is most likely false knock. I sometimes get it while shifting. It will bleep a .35 or .7 for a millisecond then dissapear. Nothing to worry about. Only thing to look for is consistent/rising knock while WOT or during moderate acceleration. If this happens get off the pedal immediately

don't be alarmed with KR that rises to 6 and steps down as you hold the accelerator pedal under partial throttle (no boost)...this is your ecu adjusting timing for optimal mpgs...it is a cycle thing and will be the same readings .35, .7, 1.1, 2.1, 3.2, and i can't remember the rest...but yeah i wouldn't sweat it..

if you are WOT and you are seeing 2+ i would start thinking about adjusting your tune.
 
Ah here we go, got it up now. Thanks for all replies thus far. Just looking for general thoughts and feedback.
