connectors under the dash

I found these under my dash on the drivers side. They are just hanging there, not plugged into anything. It has an inline 20amp fuse. They are wrapped in what appears to be black hockey like tape. Can anyone tell me if this is stock stuff?

I think it's from the stock alarm. Does your have a stock alarm under the dash? It should say Mazda right on the box.

What color is the box? Some of my alarm wiring is spliced into the wiring in the picture. Thought maybe it was wiring from the previous owner's alarm that I could get rid of

Don't see a black box with mazda on it. Theres two black boxes, one is my alarm and the other says bosch. Must be some kind of relay...?

maybe someone ran the stock alarm for a while on ur car. not sure if the wiring came with proteges without alarms
