Hi guys have had a reply from a email i sent APC about the 3D Retro tail light lens it reads as follows

Thank you for your interest in APC products. As of right now we do not have the 3D tails for the Protg. I am sure we will be producing them in the future, but I do not have a date on when we will start production I will put these on my suggestion list and turn it into our product development department. Thank you for your email.

dont worry Rat, i send them an email. I'am pretty pissed that they havent realease this, and had to buy those stupid eBay ones.

The reason they havent released them is that they do not have a side reflector.

Thx for the sane response pirana the ones i saw were in a American magazine and were the same as the ones i posted but had clear plastic over them looked good never seen ones like that Before.
Just Thought we could try to get them to start production if enough people inquired about them

I sent them an email too Rat. On top of that. People need to realize, that the more that is made for a car, the more WILL be made in the future. Its called trending people. Once company puts out products for a certain car, others follow suit, because it would appear that there is a market for the cacr. (arent you guys glad you got a SEMA member here.)

BTWS, wanna sell me your gauge cluster ? I need one in Km's and with Tach. no auto tranny indicator too.

Sorry most people just don't jump on board for petitions like that. It takes more than a handful of people for a company to actually make a new product. Tons of money involved in development and research.

NO i have seen them on ebay(but ony for the p5). These ones were the 3DRetro for shore do not know what car they were for will try and find mag again at news paper shop.

Umm...guys? These tails are currently in DOT testing. APC is just waiting for the go-ahead from DOT. They will have to have a side reflector. APC reps said that it could be anywhere from 2 to 6 monthes before they were released from DOT approval, but they assured me that they would be released.
