I searched for this, but couldn't find it, so apologies if I missed it.
My question relates to the installation of the Hawk HPS pad in the rear caliper of the MS3. The Hawk pads have a totally different spring retention system than the OEM ones do. The OEM pads have a spring that comes off the top of the pad, while the Hawk Pad has springs on the back side. (Pictures below)
It appears that the springs on the back of the replacement are designed to fit into the slot on the piston, but it's near impossible to get the pad on the piston, and get the slider in proper position.
I ordered the pads from Protege Garage, so I assume they're the right ones. I was hoping someone might be able to shed some light on this issue.
