What have you done to your P5 today?

I thanked god for the blessings I received over the wknd in the midst of hurricane IKE. The car survived at work tucked in the cement parking garage on the 6th floor along with the wife's rav4 & my crazy truck at my job on the nw side of town. By some miracle our home in Clear Lake survived without a scratch & without a stitch of tape on windows & none of them boarded up. Had all utilities throughout all of this & was such a thrill & miracle to come home to after a superdome type experience at the hotel next door to my job site & then jacking with 480 volt electric box that broke switching to generator to have computer room back online with AC & internet access the rest of the wknd. Sleeping on cushions & comforters on the floor of the computer room Sat nite was a blessing compared to the no elec no water conditions at the hotel. So nice to come home to just a bunch of yardwork & the ability to provide necessities to others less fortunate than us. Lots of cleanup citywide, lots of devastation nearby & especially at the coast 30 miles away & on the bay only 6 miles from us. Somewhere along the way I must have paid some dues to have been blessed in this manner.

lately ive been thinking about painting my chrome interior bits black. but lack of time and just in general being pretty crappy with painting has slowed me down.

and i'm glad all of your stuff survived Ike, so much crazy weather going on everywhere!

Front B-specs are on. Rears are being a pain in my ass.

Looking good!

Congrats man...my family used to live in Puerto Rico, and while we were there on the navy base, we went through two category 4 hurricanes, one category 5, and a few other small ones, but I know exactly what this kind of things looks like close up...luckily the houses on the base were made completely of concrete (floor/roof/walls), so all the houses were ok, but the minute we got off the base, everything else seemed leveled, there was not even debris...everything was just missing. I know how it feels man to be lucky, good luck with the cleanup and the people around you and their rebuilding...

Pads are low?

negative.... pads still very good but not new at all... swapped brakes with a friend the other day... was good for a day then all of a sudden i get a very very very loud squeling sound right before coming to a complete stop... it's coming from the passenger side. im thinking i just need to check if it's correctly mounted on there... if not then maybe some new pads might do the trick

got wilwood big brake kit.... 13" rotors and forged calipers

what's killing me is that this kit is no longer in production and i plan on calling wilwood to pick up some fresh pads and maybe some rotors
