Wish I could have contributed this one I took during my stint on Oahu this summer.


I'll call it, "Moonrise Surfer" to sound artsy. (it's Sandy beach, on Oahu, at sunset/moonrising.

thank you all for voting however there is an issue with the boston globe's website:

the issue is that the "voting machine" that was made for this contest haasnt been loading all the photos that are in the contest so the issue has arisen that they are going to reset the voting counters once the problem has been fixed. sorry for the inconvenience, i will post when i know that the voting has reopened
