Need advice

i'm gone to take a few pics tomorrow maybe can help.

This is the ugly mud of oil in the radiator, it's strange because the car runs fine don't overheat, just the oil in the radiator.
In this pics looks the oil and the water mix up.
Anyone can help me with this issue???
