Racing Seat ?

I've been looking around for some racing seats. Does anyone know if they are required to be DOT approved or is that required for the harnesses? Anyone have recommendations for the MSP such as how a certain seat fits in the car and height/comfort inside the cabin (ability to see over the steering wheel?

I was wondering kind of the same thing. I was looking at the corbeau TRS. Do I need brackets?

I have a Sparco Torino and Sparco floor mount and Sparco universal brackets. Awesome seat. Pretty comfy. Rides like stock height. But the brackets are height adjustable so you set it to whatever you want.

i just have Bomz Racing Seats, but i modified the stock brackets to fit the seat, and the seat sits higher, which i love BTW, you can see much more that way.

i was looking at those, do you like them. I got a great deal on wedge seat mounts and sliders and i have been looking into getting some seats.

i like the seats, they grip you much better than stock.

I have Tenzo seats. Where do you get that universal bracket??
