Finally Lowered

So my shocks decided to go out on me a few weeks ago. I just ordered a new set of Tokico HPs(blues) and some skunk2 springs. I know the pictures are eee... ok. What do you expect, its the morning. I'll wash the car and post up better pics later. The first pics are the before, the last three are the after.

how much did the whole thing [parts and install] cost you?

looks good, nice and clean. how much lower are you sitting now... it appears to be a very subtle drop, I wouldnt have been able to tell if you never said anything.

put some bigger tires on those rims to fill out the wheek well some more. but it looks good

I know about the tires, looking at getting some 215-45-17s later this summer. As for the drop, I believe it is about 1.5 lower from the stock MP3 set up, but correct me if I'm wrong. As for total parts, got it for 410 total. From a local shop.

skunk2 is skunk2 i was expecting a smash, but maybe they will settle.

They dont mazda as good as figgin honda. I say there too focused on honda anyway.

I think that might be a 1.5'' drop from a stock pro, but not an MP3. You really aren't sitting much lower than my MP3 on stock springs. Front looks a little (.5'') lower, but the rear looks almost identical, if not higher.

skunk coil over springs? if so sell them they are the suck and will blow out your new shocks. Go with some Tein, racing beats, stock MP3 or anything else. the coil over springs will slowly blow out the shocks. I am on Tein springs just so you get an idea. Just my .02. I don't approve of the drop though it looks like it's a 4x4 still. But again that's my .02 mine looked just like that stock.
