Basically which one yeilds the most gains? the divorced wastegate style corksport DP or the bell housing style Turbo XS DP??

it has been said several times, the gains aren't significant between any major players. i have the txs turbo-back exhuast. Dispite what you hear they make a good product, but not great customer service. During my install i exactly calle corksport for help!!! if you txs buy the full system thats the only way you won't have any issue with their stuff

i have the corksport DP there are noticable gains its not that big right now for me beacuse im still running second cat and 2.5 exhaust i was reading somewhare theat the divorsed set up is a more efficient set up which can lead to more gains.

i went with the corksport cause the design does look better. and it looks easier to install than the txs version.
Look at how the bolts would be easier to get to on the CS DP compared to the bell housing on the TXS DP. plus i also have heard that the divorced style DP will help prevent boost creep compared to the bell housing style.

i installed my downpipe and how no issues with the install.

I haven't made up my mind on which downpipe yet. I ran accross this little blurb and it got me thinking. Keep in mind this is for a miata, but the principles should be the same.

Wastegate Tube Separation
The wastegate vent must be segregated from the turbine outlet as far as possible. Avoiding a colliding blast of wastegate gasses into the back of the turbine is necessary for maintaining low back pressures and smooth flow through the turbine. The best situation is offering the wastegate gasses their own complete tailpipe. While impractical, the longer the two pipes are separate, the greater the power.

oh please your killin me dude, that hardest part was taken off the stock one and turboxs has ms3 caller id....... they wouldn't help. the install sucks ass plain and simple. i should have clearified the install was easy, the taken off was hard please excuse me.

2 hrs removing o2 sensors, mounting bracket and taking off heat shields, which by the way you have to do.
3 hrs fighting with the bolt and finding varies ext and sockets to break the bolts loose on the turbo.
1.5 to install the new dp and bolt her in.
(reading is fundamental)

it only took me 2.5-3 hours to do the corksport install. the worst part for me other then crawling back and forth under my car was the loosning of the 5 turbo manifold bolts
