That's an awesome catch can :D Are you running the Millenia PCV valve?

Yup, I forgot to mention that. Unlike the greddy catch cans, the cusco can is baffled.

I was talking about the MGD bottle (stash) All in all; looks like you're in good shape.

So your catch can collected all that in 2 months while using the Millenia PCV valve? I want to say thank you very much because I have been trying to get somebody to check their catch can after using the PCV valve for a while now with no luck.

Wow thats crazy! I need to get one of those. What is the advantage of the Millenia PCV valve?? Also how often do you guys suggest changing your spark plugs??

More info on the PCV vavle:

As for the spark plugs, I would change it at the service interval (depending what type of plugs are used). As for me, I switched back to the copper NGK, so I will be changing them every oil change.

Thanks for the info. Yah I have the E3 diamond technology spark plugs from protegegarage.com so I don't know how long those are supposed to last, maybe Ken could chime in hear. I probably should replace them since I had to replace one of them when my left coilpack went out, plus I have had probably 3-4 oil changes since I have had these plugs in.

i installed my plugs last year May/June and I pulled them recently. they don't look anywhere near as dirty as those. Do you notice that you are losing alot of oil between changes?

Didn't lose a noticable amount of oil. However, I didn't like the iridiums as much as the NGK ZFR7F-11

I remembered you asking about that when I saw this thread. I was hoping you found it, lol.

The catch can is between the PCV valve and the manifold vac source.

Any chance I could convince you to take a couple more pictures to help me with putting my catch can in? More specificly one or two with the valve cover off to show how it is hooked up the the PCV and the two nips and maybe another one or two to show how and where you mounted the catch can?

I did indeed MrDiggler and I am glad I did because I am now motivated to get my catch can in asap.

I 2nd that.

I'm surprised you aren't getting more than that in your catch can.. I went through a full quart of oil between the last change and the one I did last week (only 1500 miles later).. and my plugs, which were also only in for 1500 miles, looked as dirty and worn down as yours. I really don't like all this oil exiting my PCV and getting into the combustion chamber, bah. The millenia PCV might be better, but it still sucks (argh)

And no, my engine didn't consume ANY oil before I turboed the car.
