MSP crash just in time for christmas

well, it happened...

i got rear ended by some ******* asshole and it was a hit-n-run kind of thing


my car is ****** up
i hate it so much!!!!


he took the rear passenger side stop light, together we a chunk of my car...he actually ripped the metal from the back fender as if it was a ******* piece of paper...and the ******* asshole had the courage to leave the scene of the accident..i couldn't go after him...thank god for him...since he punctured my rear tire making it flat, and made the rear passenger tire look as if i was gonna take a sharp left turn!!!

i hope insurance covers everything, even tho i have a pretty high deductible of $1000

just in time for christmas, talk about timing!!

i was gonna dyno the car tomorrow!!! finally see if the s*** i've done to it has paid off, i guess we can push that farther down the road...

oh my baby, my poor baby pollito.....

coz yeah, this morning, my laptop started to smoke...yeah....can u ******* believe that? thnk god i got warranty and dell is already shipping a new one

Sucks to hear hermano. I haven't had the best luck in the past few months either with the car. So Im getting rid of it when it goes back to stock.

You have had some bad luck this year. Hope next year runs a little smoother for you. Dade County does have the highest percentage of uninsured drivers, probably why the idiot took off. Make a police report if you have not already.

make sure you inform your insurance it was a HIT AND RUN. I know alot of them will either cut your deductible in half or waive it. Look into it though.

i have license plate and even an address of where the guys lives...
not sure what to do with this info...i'm afraid is some crack dealer with a gun and very bad aim that answers the door

what do you guys suggest?

all of this is in a police report


i had to wait 5 hours for the cops to show up...

but yeah, go run a red light and 3 cops would come and chat and eat donuts and drink coffee while only one gives you the ticket

that seems to be pretty typical lately of cops. If no one is hurt, or thinking about being hurt, it could be a while before they come out.

Definately hand the info over to the cops (if it is a true hit & run they should be investigating/arresting the guy) also turn the info over to the insurance company. TRUST ME the insurance company doesnt want to have to pay for the damage, they will go out of their way to track that guy down. The downside is you might either have to wait until they can track him down, or still pay your deductible upfront to start fixing the damage. Just check with the insurance company.

i cant believe this s***.....really bad timing...christmas and dynoday...damn homie, im hurtin for u...but keep ya head up man, itll work out...if the guy has insurance i know a really good traffic lawyer who i can hook u up with...and about the body shop, since insurance is paying for it it will come back like if nothing happened...happened to me when some guy scraped the s*** out of my rear bumper...keep me posted..sorry dude...
