So I got my street unit rear mount in and it feels awesome. I will be doing alot of driving on it tomorrow and will have a report for you guys. So far I am very happy with it. I have got almost everything back and ready to go but cant for the life of me remember where I took this sensor off of.(bang) I looked around and couldnt quite locate a spot to put it back. Can anybody help me out. Here is a picture. I know that I am gonna probably feel like a dumbass once someone reminds me. Thanks guys.

when installing my AEM SRI, i think me and my cuzin ditched that thing, lol, my intake doesnt bolt on to it cuz i dont have that thing, lol.

You probably didn't remove it...I think it was left hangin there since it usually mounts up to the cold pipe at the throttle body. I think since you have custom pipes...which are beautiful btw, they either forgot about it or figured it wouldn't hurt to leave it hangin.

Well I dont know about that. I think it may be fuel related. Not really sure what it does though. It is has a sensor and several lines coming off. 2 look like fuel lines. Just would like to figure out what to do with it. Dont really want to just let it dangle around or zip tie it. Would like it to look halfway decent and not rigged up.

ya that bolts onto the stock cold pipe near the throttle body. you can just leave it hanging, or zip tie it

Cool. I Just had a custom FMIC kit made with all new piping. I have just never really done any kind of work on my car in that general area until now. Guess I just never realized it was there. So I think I will just be fabing a bracket for it then. Probably my best option. Ya think??????(dunno)

Here's where it goes on the stock pipes, if that helps.

dont mount it to the firewall. It is a relay or something and it makes a 'ticking' noise at idle. drove me crazy till I figured out what it was.

Thats cool. I will look at it closer and see where my options are for mounting it. I would like to make it as less visible as possible. Try and keep it away from the throttle cable. dont want them getting tangled. I am wanting to do a mild wire tuck here in the near future anyways. Clean the engine bay up a bit. Want to keep power steering and A/C. So that is why I say mild.

byhondspeed used to sell pipes with a nice powercoated bracket that mounts to the intake manifold and holds the sensor nicely. I no longer have any use for my bracket, it is blue but can be repainted. Ill sell it for $8paypal + shipping if you are interested. PM ME/

here is a pic, cant really see where it mounts to the IM or the sensor but it shows you the color at least:

Hi Boost kit came with a small L-bracket to relocate that to the intake manifold. You should be able to find a million things that will work at any hardware store.

Yeah that is waht I was worried about when looking how it hanged down. I have it zip tied for now. Gonna make a bracket for it though.
