How fat can you go with aftermarket tires on a MSP6? I heard it was only 8, maybe 8.5. The MSP6 looks like it can take more than that.

I am planning on buying 18x8 rims...but if i can go thicker, then better.

omg you guys suck so bad....every question i ask goes unaswered. but dont mind trying to answer this one, i already figure it out. i guess this forum lost its purpose.

im puttin 235/40 r18 on the car they dont rub test fitted them took it for a spinn tight corners and all no rubbing... ordering the tires mon. we tested it sat so i didnt put in the order had to talk to the wife...lol but i didnt see any rubbing at all or hear it and i hit some big bumps. if that helps any wider and it might of hit on the front tires. so we didnt even try

Widest wheels and tires on MS6

The widest I have read and seen is 235/40x18 on RX8 wheels, which are 18x8 with a 50 et offset. But there are some guys with the same wheel but rubbing on the rears without any fender lip roll. Then there are others who don't rub on the rear without any roll. It will depend on the profile of the tire. The guys who did not rub where running Falkens, which have a slightly more rounded profile.

I am currently using the RX8 wheels on my MS6, but using the stock 215/45 x 18 Bridgestones right now.

i have momo corse with 45mm offset 235/40/18 thats about is wide as i want to go if you wanna drop it that will happen soon very soon its dirt but hope these pics help cant wash it till tue. fresh paint...lol
