I'm Queen in the kitchen, but not on the grill. I can grill, but I choose to keep my hair and clothes smelling like roses instead of charcoal and hotdogs. Besides, it's the only time I get a break from cooking, so I'm all for steering clear of the BBQ and making the man bring the food to ME for a change.

haha they say a little charcoal is good for you, but that much? i dunno...

that being said, my sister is AWESOME on the grill - chicken, fish, steak, veggies, doesn't matter. in fact, if she's home, she does the grilling, not my dad. she just knows how to do things, and it's all self-taught.

My Stepmom jokes that my Dad only knows how to grill most items one way and that's to burn everything to a crisp. He cranks the heat to high and closes the lid. Sometimes it's hard to distinguish between a hamburger and a chicken breast, they both look the same by the time he's through with them.
