Hey Guys,

Just wanted to share some pic's of my upgraded (under $600.00) sound system... it really sound better than what I thought it would... after reading all the "Don't get Sony" Threads"

So here you go...I'll post the head Unit once I get a pic of it (Sorry if they don't look to good the're from my Razor)

Just curious- you do have a fuse within 12" of the battery, right?

That was really more of a last minute quick build (Box/upholstery/and plexi glass).... I don't like it to be honest with you... but I needed the "Boom" fix...lol

So I'll wait for warmer weather... and go Fiberglass....

you built that box? that looks like a sony box, with their emblem right in the center.

if you built it then good job! if that is touching the back then your box is a wholeeee lot deeper than mine.

It was a little bit. But I'm sure it's loud as hell. I love bass, and that set up looks like it puts out plenty. Make sure you have your license plate fastened down or isolated well so it doesn't buzz like some ricer sh!t box. (cheers)

you gotta do the how-to on removing the rattle out of your spoiler too that makes a huge difference on the sound outside the car

Right now the plate and these rubber flaps locate inside the back bumper (Vents I guess) are driving me crazy !!!! But I'll get to that.

Yeah... The box is divided in two Pieces as the amp's are right behind that plexi glass... The emblem is a silver vinyl on a tinted plexi...and yeah its angled to reach all the way to the back, maybe 6 to 8 inches left to the front edge

Yeah... I took mine apart and did a couple of things inside and out...as you all know the spoiler vibrates against the glass too (Just wanted to rip the sucker out @ one point)....I'll post how to and/or what I did once the weather gets better... You being for Syracuse know that our weather is a joke...
