Very happy with the outcome....Dave and Kelly are great to deal with, and the rings are better than Mazda could ever produce!! I combined mine with a carbon fiber face plate I got on Ebay. I think the two work together well. I highly reccomend them to all P5 owners....
About a week after I put mine in I went to get my oil changed at Mazda. As soon as the service guy saw them he said. "Damn those are sweet, where's you get them at?" I've recieved nothing but compliments on them. And Dave's cuntomers service is absolutly the BEST!
I agree with all the praise everyone has given these two. Dave and Kelly are awesome to deal with. All email was promptly answered. They include all kinds of tips to help you install, including a video. Not to mention, they're packaging is SWEET. I got a kick out of the box w/ zoom zoom on it. I got the brushed rings and installed them last night. they look and fit great!
email dave: DKBODDE@AOL.COM and tell him you want to order a set.. he has brushed or polished/chrome .. but you'll get the details in email .. $30 plus $3.85 S&H = $33.85 total (shipped in US).
highly recommend! i tried to convince them to sell them to mazda. but i guess he puts a lot of work into them. his shipping dept. is lightning fast too!!
yes, they do look like the matrix / vibe gauges.. especially if you get the polished/chrome gauges.. i have the brushed gauge rings and to me it makes the factory gauges look like autometer gauges..
they are simple to install, takes about 10 mins if you do it really slow and cautious.. otherwise you can do it in about 2 minutes the rings show up with a CD that you put in your computer which contains about an 8 minute video clip showing you step by step how to install them, as demonstrated by the master himself
I do not have a Webpage but here is a link to my ImageStation account where the videos are. You can view them there or download them if you want. I had to break it into 3 parts to fit there space requirements.
