Well my MIL been on for like 1 week now, i just got done ckeck what my MIL said.

My codes are
p0140 = 02 senor circuit no activity dectcted
p0171 = system too lean

My mods are SRI,Obx header, corksport exhaust, and cel/mil elimiator

Well i notice that the MIL went on when the engine started to virbrate alot when i'm drivin. Did the 2nd o2 senor got lose or i have to do the CEL?MIL elimiator again.

have you soldered anything? I would just go with the spark plug nonfouler route since it doesn't physically mess with the wiring on the o2 sensor. They're only 4 bucks at autozone or advance auto parts. People have had awesome results with them.

I think that would be the cheapest/most-time-saving route for you to go on rather than trying to figure out whats wrong with obdii readers etc....

on a p5 i assited with putting those mil eliminators on, he had a cel the entire time he had the cel eliminaotor on there. and did not solve the issue till he got a mam midpipe with a bung for the second o2, and ditched that dang eliminator. ;)

yup i soldered the wire. I follow the HOW-TO MIL

You toasted something (O2 sensor) or didn't make a good connection. Check the solder job again and make sure nothing is shorted or broken off. Also make sure that the wires are not touching the exhaust.

your second 02 sensor might also be bad or dirty. i know that when i had my mil eliminator in, it worked fine for a while, but than i got a cel. it said no activity, so i swapped the sensor out to a new one, and have had no problems since. the mil eliminator i used was from pony express performance. that is my idea.

if the o2 is friend for sure, yes. Otherwise, remove alll that crap, then do the non-fouler. When resetting theECU, be sure to have the ignition on to accessory before you disco the - terminal.

hmm, what's the reason for this ? i've never read anything about doing this before

that is how I was told to reset the ECU. It worked for me.

How do you reset the ECU after putting in the non fouler?
Got a part number by chance? for the non fouler?

To reset ECU (the way I was told to do it, and it works 100% of the time for me) turn on the ignition so the radio and accessory lights come on. Disconnect the negative terminal to the battery. Pump the brakes a few times (this discharges the capacitors in the computer that store electricity when a power source is removed) Turn the key off and then let it sit 5-10 minutes or so. Then connect the negaitive terminal. All should be well, the CEL will not be visible. It will remain in the memory until cleared with the device used to tell the error codes. The proper name eludes me right now.

the part # is 42002. That seemed to be useless to the drones here in town. Look for the display with HELP!! int he name. That is where it is. Use a dremel or 1/2 drill be on one of them, screw that one onto the o2 sensor, then into the non-drilled on, then onto the header.

Hope this helps!

tough to say without looking at the top/bottom view. It sure does seem like it though. Here is a pic post install.
