Sooo, I couldn't sleep again... and I got up and decided to try some photo tricks I heard about with my car in the driveway...
I got the digital camera and set it on manual mode and bumped the F-stop to 4.0 and the shutter speed to 16 seconds on my Olympus C-730. I then set the camera on a cooler and lined up the shot. I pressed the shutter release button and turned on a flashlight and walked around in the shot while shining the flashlight on the car, being careful not to shine the light at the camera or allow the camera to "see" the light directly.. i.e. I was always between the camera and the light. Anyway this is my first attempt at this photo technique but I though I would share. Due to some light towers above the trees I used a photo editor to just paint over the stuff above the car. But I did nothing to car part of the pic.
I think it came out kinda interesting and not bad for a first try
. Give it a try yourself.
