i think my car is going to be totalled(the officer thinks so too because of the front frame), but i was going down a back road, and making a left hand turn, and i was not even speeding or doing anything wreckless. i had the right away. so i was driving straight, and a silver 350z was speeding marking a right hand turn onto the same road, and it caught up to me going like 30mph, and it's front left bumper hit my right rear corner and spun me into the curb, then i ran into a fire hydrate, then ran over they hydrate and into a tree. im not even sure if i explained it right, but im just so friggin mad right now because i had a dream like 2 weeks ago that i was going to total my car. im also pissed that the 350z owner ran away(hit and run). im going to have a thing against 350z drivers now probably. here are the two pics that i have. also, would anyone be interested in helping me part it out because im pretty sure it will be totalled. also, 3 of my wheels are fine, and one of them is bent really bad, so i'll probably sell those. im giving luke first dibs because they would look nice on his car. other possible things is p5 strut bar, mp3 rear sway bar, mazda sport axel back(1 from dealer), racingbeat springs, possible tokico shocks(my car is sitting really low to ground so they might be broken), and im not sure about my intake, but here are the pics. also, im fine, but im a little stiff, but nothing too serious. laters.

I'm glad you're okay though.yeah it sucks. i was on my way to work. it's possible for them not to total it, but im kinda hoping they do because i dont want a car if it's been wrecked. also, if i can take anything off of it then take whatever u want off of it chris. my car is completely clean. i babied the mess out of it. if they do total it, im not even sure what i'll get. im not getting an evo though. i want that car so bad, but i dont think im ready for it, so it's definitely off my list. i might pick up one of those mazdaspeeds that i've been seeing for sale lately, but im not paying over 11k for it has to have low miles. well, i'll keep u guys posted on what happens. from the picture my intake looks completely fine. also, i got no plates because there were so much dust in the air and an air bag in my face. the friggin air bag thingy seemed kinda slow, but i think that's what it was suppose to do. my face was burning for like 20 minutes from it.
Hey, what color is your car? Do you have a spoiler on it, or is it a clean trunklid?
Also, to part it out, you'll probably have to buy it back from the ins. company. If they declare it a total, they pay out to you, and then they own the car. Just wanted to mention that, in case you've never done this before!

Yeah I would start stripping it while you still own it. Do it as fast as possible, preferably before the adjustor even looks at it, because once they total it, they own everything on it.
That really ******* sucks man. My car was a victim of the curse before there even was a GACC. I'm glad I got out of the south before it could get me again, lol.

CARLESS!! hopefully your Insurance comp will pay (minus the deductable) and provide you with a rental. what company do you have? i have State farm and they rock. they r giving me 11k for the car minus what i owe (owe 8,564) im definitly getting soemthing diff than the pro. im going to start a thread for WTB a car and ill put you in if you want. im really looking for a car for under 2k so i doubt thats your ballpark haha. oh and those bags might have burned u but if it werent for them i would have faceplanted into my steering wheel!

i think im fine. i started getting spine pain like an hour ago. im like ah what the hell. i was fine when it happened, but i guess it's slow at coming. my dad's a doctor, so i think im covered. my car is alot in a tow lot. i think the insurance people will get to my car before i actually get to it. i have to go to school at 8am tomorrow, then work at 2pm till 6:30pm, so after that im going to go look at it. sorry about the title, but i was really mad when i was writing.

yeah that freakin air bag burned. i thought it would hurt from hitting me, but it didn't really feel like anything other than a pillow being thrown in ur face(i sit kinda close to the wheel). then it started to burn. well, my car is worth like 10k to 11k, and it's paid off, so im going to get something from them. i have geico, but that's because my parents pay for insurance. i had gap which would have paid for the car anyway. i guess i'll find out if i like geico or not. also, they offered me a rental car for like $25 a day. i think i'll drive the bimmer for some days.
