JDM tails ?

I can get a great deal on some JDM tails for my P5, but it doesnt come with

a harness. My question is do i need the harness or do the bulbs just fit into

place from the stock ones?

I know there's an extra break light bulb in the JDMs.

So, to answer your question, it's not a direct fit.

yes you do

when i got my jdm tails, i just removed the stock ones and put the new ones in.
stock harness and bulbs were used.

thats just mine though. may be different with yours

Where are you getting this great deal, may I ask?

i have EDM lights and luckily they came with harness. the stock harness would not fit the EDM lights since the sockets are of diffent sizes.

JDM tails have two red lights; one above, and one below the clear reverse and amber indicators. That said, I wouldn't get it unless you intend to rewire for the last light. Not worth it, IMO.

Perhaps l8r only has the three lights in it... so the bottom doesn't light up...

one of my lights has a bulb on top and on the bottom (just like the 4 door cars) but the other light has only the top bulb. the bottom part is a reflector.
everything works fine except the extra bulb of course.

I think what makes the JDM lights look great is the light on the bottom. Makes the whole light glow like it should, as opposed to the stockers....

I have the JDM tails from corksport, and they come with a wiring harness. THE JDM TAILS PLUG RIGHT IN WITHOUT ANY REWIRING OR SPLICING AND YOU CANT USE THE ORIGINAL BULBS!!! Sorry to yell, but I've typed that like 50 times by now. Take off your back trim panels and you'll see a white connector on each side where they go into the factory plug. All my bulbs in my JDM tails work as they're supposed to.
