GT4 Question

Ok i just hooked up my PS2 online once again and am trying to go online with Gran Tourismo 4, however, the waiting for connection screen is taking forever.

Is there a really looooong wait to get on or did i not configure something properly?

my ps2 it takes less than a minute to connect, but i have only tried it playing Need For Speed Underground 2

You can. There's a program that'll let you set up a network by running your ps2 through a computer... to another person's computer to their ps2.
It works. The only thing is that you can't use your own cars.

I just thought GT4 had an online world to race against other people.

Ok with Forza for the xbox you can play on live right? I am thinking about buying this, hey those of you with both GT4 and forza how would you rate them against each other.

EVERYTHING!! ok well i hate the fact that Forza has ONLY 30 fps, wile GT4 has 60 fps. So when you go around corners it gets all coppy.

Forza is nowhere near GT4 as far as realistic handling goes. I returned it after 2 hours of dissapointment and went back to playing GT4. If you can't tell the difference forza will probably entertain you more, but I couldn't stand it.

I havent played Forza that is why I am asking. I cant believe GT4 has higher fps since I always thought that xbox was a more powerful system graphically.

it takes a few seconds for mine, u need to config ur ps2 to get online with it, ill find the website for and get it to u
