i know itll pass with an intake, i just had mine done couple days ago, not sure about drop..from what i saw they have some ramps there that a lowered car would not favor going on, but that could be diff depending on the DMV. i cant see why it wouldnt pass inspection as long as your tires, wipers, brakes etc are in good shape and u have no funky s*** goin on underneath, like no cats..they run mirrors around the bottom of the car. good luck

not sure about that. Dealers also do inspection I think.....My friend has relatively new car (2002 Sentra SE-R specV) and he passed his inspection at the dealer. He's not dropped though, but I dont see why DMV wouldnt pass you just for being dropped, I guess it just deppends on how much is the drop.

if you have any check engine lights you will have problems passing inspection.
also, make sure all your lights are working. you also have to worry if you have removed any cats that you might not pass for emissions.
