The Protege's seemed to do fine, but does anyone know what happened with a 6 that apparently hit a wall and another with locked up brakes.
Anyone go for a ride in the MS6's. I thought there would be a bigger turnout but hey, I had fun.
Didn't have a car down there but I got to ride along a couple of times in an RX8 (Black with 57 on the door and shooting flames out the back).
The WC6's were damn nice.

i passed by the 6 probably less than a minute after it happened. i dont know how he did that coming out of the easy S-turns after the last hairpin, other than perhaps he went over the curb, lost a bit of traction and fishtailed around.

I saw it happen, but from a distance. He came around that last corner and just lost it. Went into the dirt and that was about it. It got messed up pretty bad...

I was over at the 7's only dyno when it happened...

It happened right in front of me on the track. I came around the corner and saw him right after he went off. Big cloud of dust and his car has headed sideways towards the wall, spun around a couple of times. That was a lot of ground to cover, I was surprised he made it that far, something bad must've happened on that corner for him to really go off sideways as much as he did and as far as he did.

I feel bad for the guy, brand new 6, still had the dealer tags on it :'(

I saw that car in the pit area right before it happened. I thought how nice it was..brand new and all! Too bad.
