adj harness bar......

i know everybody wants them lower but i think i am going to leave mine where it is..... it makes the harness's alot more comfortable. in a week or 2 i will make another one abt 6-8 in lower..... so tell me what you think

pics......... more to come when i get the new bar done finially, i am awaiting a new bender me and my roomate just bought to make everything cleaner. sorry it took a while to save for the bender so that is why their has been no updates

Yeah for sure, I want to run harnesses, but this is the only way i will do it. I wish sparco would get off there ass, and make them for us.
 
yes i will be making more once i get used to my new bender. i dont know a price yet but we will be making the 2 pieces that go down adj and pushed more towards the door. i will post pics once i get the new one made
 
On a scale of quality compared to the sparco harness bar, and safety, how do you rank yours. I mean the whole point is safety. So how safe do you think it is?

Looks great again, and I think its great when guys start making one off things like this. Positive rep fo you.
 
when we made the first one we went a little bigger then nhra spec's for a harness bar.
after we get the production one done i am going to get it nhra certified....... so they check all the welds and the size limits.
 
this might be asking much but would it be possible to make the bars going down farther out on the top so the rear passengers wont complain that much? cant wait to see it when its lowered.
