TT + alarm

hey all,
just finished greddy tt and followed these instructions:



"cut the pin 6 orange wire at the alarm brain 2 inches up (diagram on bottom of alarm) then take the alarm side of the wire (the side of the wire still connected to the alarm) and tap it into the thick black orange wire coming out of the alarm harness. Then tape up the car side of the orange wire.

then cut the blue/white wire on the keyless module".

thick black/w orange wire is off of the starter harness, I assume.
so, car counts down and arms itself, but at about -10 secs, alarm goes off. i adjusted the sensitivity both ways with the same result. so now im just arming it after engine kills. any ideas?

You don't have to tap the orange wire back into anything. Just cut both wires mentioned, tape up both ends, and you're golden. I have my shock sensitivity set at about half way between super-sensitive and not sensitive at all.

i just attached the few wires for my hks TT and the alarm light still goes on.
not sure if it works just yet though..lol
