what do you guys think of the apex cat back exhaust? I'm starting to look for a full exhaust but not sure what to get. i don't want a really loud ricer sound more of a deep thunder, easy install is always a plus. any suggestions. I figure when i meet up everyone in May i'll be able to see/hear almost every exhaust out there cuz so many people will be there.

This is the LOUDEST on earth! There was a guy who used to have this setup in town and it was earth shaking, bleeding ears loud, holy s***. He didn't like it, it was so loud.
I however I really like it and plan on this being my exhaust. I may hate it after the purchase, but I say go big or go home.
the guy had the 3" all the way back (with apex 3" downpipe) and when I was behind him I couldn't have my window open even on the highway because his exhaust was so smoggy, I couldn't breath even at 60 mph! so just be prepaired.
There are not a lot of them out there as far as I've seen, however there is a titanium msp with one on ebay right now if you want to see what it would look like. (

The guy said it scraped a few times after he got it, but soon learned to go over speedbumps etc without it touching)

The cat back portion of the exhaust doesn't give much HP...So yes the cat backs will do the same as far as HP. The Downpipe and or the mid-pipe is where you will get your power from..
If you want this exhaust it will be insane loud... With massive droning....

I loved the way the titanium looked so I chose that one, plus it only had 7k miles on it for 16,000. Talked them down to 15,000.

Yeah, I still have those parts on there. Also have HKS turbo timer and blue underglow. Not too big of a fan of that, little ricey, but it does look good. A wire must be loose somewhere cuz it won't turn on. The only thing I've put on so far have been the hyperwhite bulbs from **********'s GB. I've got a stage 2 clutch and Fidanza flywheel, Kartboy shifter and bushings, and a front motor mount waiting to get put on. Ordered a few parts from the GTSPEC GB, so those are on the way.
