Not very "custom", but it is Katzkin leather.

ok heres a good question i see the panels on the door where the handle is ,is yellow other people have other colors but how do u do it like put the fabric on it wen the panel dont come off??

hey wagon, i have the same kit, Katzkin installed on my yellow P5 and my cousin did it so i got to watch the whole process, he made it look simple, but what they do is spray some glue on the fabric part of our OEM doors and the leather strips from the kit come precut to the right size and are glued over the OEM section and then any overlap, which is very slight is tucked into the creces and voila - sweet ass doors....sounds simple dont it, haahaha, to bad he does this stuff for a living, bastard made it look like 1,2,3.
hey Rdshark, i saw on the pic u have the yellow stopping on the lower part of the seat, did they give u the option to continue the yellow insert all the way to the edge of the seat?? did u also get any stitching on the seats, ie Protege 5?? i never did the glove box piece...is that leather also or a vinyl kit??

joka, cars is lookin good, i saw your full set of pics on your interior. i was lookin at my interior and was like WTF, why would they use a gray headliner and pillars, but then switch to black for the rest of the car, so im planning on swapping out the headliner to black and painting the pillars yellow. my cousin mentioned it as well and that same day i happened to find your website and u def convinced me to do it, makes one helluva difference

hey Rdshark, i saw on the pic u have the yellow stopping on the lower part of the seat, did they give u the option to continue the yellow insert all the way to the edge of the seat?? did u also get any stitching on the seats, ie Protege 5?? i never did the glove box piece...is that leather also or a vinyl kit??

A local shop did the seats for the dealership that I purchased the car from. So no, I did not get to choose how the seats looked. They did the "Phantom Cruiser" package so there is Phantom Cruiser stitched in yellow on the top of the seats and I have badges on the side of the car. I took the car back to the same shop and they did the door panels, dash panel above the glove box, arm rest cover, and shifter boot in the same yellow Katzkin leather.

thanks for the compliments. the headliner was just pulled out and dyed black. like a 25 dollar mod but i like it. i wanted to get rid of all the grey top color

yeah thats what my cousin does to mostly, all dealer jobs. yeah my kit had the door panels and front and back, plus he added the arm rest and he did my back deck in leather, plus i got Protege 5 badges on all 4 seats..thank god for having a set of rims he wanted for his Civic Hatch (yippy) made the cost bearable

cool, im probably just gonna have my cousin who did my interior, put in a new headliner, ill see though, i tried dying on an old car, didnt work out so great

ya mine will probally be pulled back out and covered in black suede this summer for shows but that is once i redo the whole interior

I'll bet it sounds great. Suede is much better at deadening sound than plastic.
