After 2 years, my baby is still showroom shiny! Thanks to weekly washes & ~monthly waxes!! Here's some pics...my reflection shots are my favorites! The last one is off the roof, reflecting my shed & backyard.

nice. what kind of wax are you using?

Maquires Quik Wax.....I learned a new trick today to spray it on while the car is still wet....spray & then wipe it on & then let it dry for a while. Then it comes off really easy & saves tons of time drying the car.

I try to use only the Maguires products...but today I folded & bought the Turtle wax wash because of the price. Still works good though.

stop waxing the bloody car and get back to fuffing fumes and paint !!!

.......jut kidding ver sweet photos

I'll try to start "fuffing" the fumes more...but it makes my "fead" really dizzy! LOL! Thanks for the props!!

very nice. mine would be showroom shiny if it wasn't a magnet for dings, dents and scratches. or as I like to call it, "character". And boy does my car have a lot of character.

Damn your car's all nice n shiny!I love using the meguiars tech wax That stuff is a lot better compared to the mother's crap i used to use and it smells twice as good!

I just did mine on Thursday. It felt sooooo good. I am almost two years in and not a scratch or door ding to be found, thanks to parking as far away from any other vehicle as I can. I use Meguires Carnuba paste wax and 4 days later and it still looks "wet". Schweet...

after just six months of having my car, it is littered in scratches due to the excessive amount of salt needed to be put on the roads, and on my right side front fender there is a series of 4 or 5 pin size dents due to passing trucks on the highway, they throw up pretty big pebles sometimes.

In this picture you can see what the car looks like the day after a car wash.

Sometimes it looks like that 5 min. after a wash!!!

to get a mirror finish, I have to polish (buff) the paint once a year which is a lot and has some disadvantages as to paint life, it's too cold in winter to wash car yourself, I go thru a drive thru non contact car wash and wax every time. Nothing bothers me more than to hear litle rocks and pebles and salt rubbing against the car as I drive. I can not emphasise how much I cant wait for summer to get that paint polished looking like brand new and popng the mags back on.

What I would really want to know is what is the BEST wax for a blue car?
