My wife gave me the OK for a Turbohoses SMIC. I don't think she would ever buy me anything for my car though. The funny thing is I ordered the SMIC, then got flowers for her, then asked if it was OK if I ordered it . Either way she would say "if you really want it". With flowers it's a better way of doing it .

I have been waiting for my PWR radiator for quite some time now, and she keeps asking when my car will be done. Basically it will be done the day I get my radiator in.

The other day my gf asked me "Did you get that carburator yet so you can fix your car? I had to laugh a little.. and proceeded to describe in detail how a cooling system works full cycle.

I really don't think she cares but its fun to watch her pretend to listen. She likes the visual mod's though.. her sisters bf has a classic stingray (first car) and a brand new M3 (daily driver).. Kinda sucks when his parents bought him my dream car for him when he turned 16 and a friggin M3 when he goes off to college, ohh well. She still says she likes my car better.

My GF doesnt likes stuff about the car/perfomance!! Period!

She only worries about the Air Conditioner!!!!!

She keeps saying things like:

1. 4-puck cams!!!!!!
2. ball bearing clutches
3. turbo plates
4. etc...

If I go 1 day to the tracks, she says I dont care about our relationship, that we dont spend time together (we see each other everyday) and that I only worry about cars!!!

Xbox with ten games, just because it's Wednesday.

She orders all our groceries online and has them delivered because I cannot stand going to stores and being around people who have no shopping agenda.

Makes my lunch nearly everyday. Somedays she doesn't because she knows I like Taco Bell every once in awhile.

She thinks the fact that I have six cars and want more makes me "interesting."

When I wake up on Sundays, she has the tv on to WRC on Speed. She also programs reminders into the tv whenever SCCA/Grand Am/World Cup etc racing is on so I don't miss anything.

She likes launching the SRT in parking lots at 4000rpm more than actually driving it.

She doesn't mind that I will drive 40 miles for my favorite pizza.

Her hair color is different nearly every week.

She was back to her pre-pregnancy weight two weeks after the baby was born.

She is a full time Law student, works part time at a firm and still cooks and bakes.

She remebers important things like "disco potato, "unsprung weight," and "late apex." More importantly, she can describe each of these things during casual conversation.

She had never owned a pair of jeans before we met. Her clothes were all c. 1962.

She believes that when it breaks, it's time for an upgrade.

She is a full tilt betty.

Actually, I think it's the painted carbon fiber hood that does it for her. It does it for me (rockon) ...j/k.
