well not sure yet but thinking about buying a Honda S2000. I have been driving my truck more lately and just really miss the power it has and how well it drives for a truck. I still plan on getting a refund via Lemon Law for the Pro 5. I am just going to hang on to that money and see what the new year has to offer for cars. There are alot of rumors about all of the cars that will be debuting in 2004. STI, EVO, ITR, CTR and more. Just going to go ahead and fix the truck and get her painted and try and choose my next car. I really want a convertible or a serious sports car since I have decided that I am going to go the 2 car route instead of just one. I have just always loved the S2K . Fast and reliable and damn good looking. Hmmmm what are some other good convertibles or sports cars that I could get....??? And before you say it please don't. I know a miata is a great little car but with my current thoughts on Mazda and with how outrageously overpriced the newer miatas are I think I will keep my distance.

Let me know what you guys think about my plans.

Wasn't the Z3 in about the same price range as the S2K? It looks like the Z3 was replaced by the Z4 which is much more, though.

Go check out 350Z. The only reason that I personally dont like the S2K is the lack of low end power, all of its power is in the very high RPM range. Just my .02

Yeah I would love a new Z. Actually test drove a track edition. Wow. That is a really nice damn car(all around) But $$$$$ for top of the line. Oh yeah the brembo option would be a must have after experiencing them first hand. Hadn't thought about the Z4 but actually thought about a M roadster or M coupe. I would love to get an M coupe but then again $$$$ and I am trying to at least have one car that gets 20+ mpg. I am really just very attached to my truck and so don't really plan on ever selling it now. Had originally thought otherwise but changes have caused me to rethink.

BTW I agree on the low end of the s2k but that is actually kind of good for daily driving. Meaning I can get the good gas mileage during the week putting around and then on weekends or if the mood strikes during the week I can wind it up and let it loose and say screw gas mileage. Plus it is a real drivers car. No frills and purpose bulit. Everything is laid out perfect and feels well balanced. All the way down to the racing style instrument cluster to the stereo cover this car is about driving.

Oh just to explain the stereo comment. Meaning that when wanted all you have to do is turn off the stereo and flip the cover up, lower the top and let the engine sing.

Keep the suggestions coming guys....

This is kind of the direction I wanna go with the S2k
