Delsing Rear Bar Brackets

Hey guys,

Checking back in here, after a while away. Settling into the new job now.

Here is the latest. Sometime in August, I will contract out to assemble and ready for retail the 25 bracket kits I have cut and ready to weld out. I will sell the kits two ways, one for the big race which will include cool billet anodized bushing/brg mounts and then the brackets without bushings for the stock bar. There are several options for the bushings which you can go with from several manufacturers of poly bushings. PING seemed to really like the grease fitting type from Energy Suspension.

Will be keeping everyone updated as things progress. Stay tuned.

Godspeed!
Dave

Just like I have said in all the other threads, still highly interested and ready for either kit, just depends on cost for the kit with the big bar, but the kit for the stock bar at a minimum. You the man Dave!

Put me down. I'm leaning more toward the big bar though, but, it depends on price. I'm definitely in though.

Hey Dave,

I want in on this. I'll at least put up for the bracket, but may go for the bar too. Will the bracket work with the larger AWR bar too? Can you put me on the list to get one of the 25. I have cash and I'm ready to buy.

Hi Dave! I've also got cash and am ready to buy. If you're taking names please put me down, 'cause I want in :). I'd like brackets for the stock bar.

YOU are the MAN!

Congrats on the new job, BTW!

Thanks,

Chris

Is the old sign-up list still official or do we need to chime in again for one of the 25?

Also, are the endlinks on the shelf too?

Thanks for the response and good luck in your future endeavors.

Yessir I do! Attaching a couple pics of the prototype, remember the finish WILL be different as this was the prototype, basically done up in black. I'm using the zerked Energy Suspension bushings in black, have also tried the redss and can report very little if any difference (remainder of my car's suspension and wheels/tires are stock). THIS DOES REMOVE THE CLUNK. It is not,m however, maintenance free - no urethane suspension bushing is. After 4500 miles I did have to break out the grease gun and give each bushing 2 squeezes. Oh - and I wiped down the bar as some grease had seeped out. That's it. 5500 miles total still no clunk. I don't baby the car but I don't autoX either. Heck - even if the clunk does come back I can now replace a $15-20 set of bushings in about 25 minutes and be done with it.

Congrats to anyone who gets this kit, and on behalf of those who do, thanks Dave for seeing the first 25 to completion!

Note on the pictures: THESE ARE PICTURES OF THE PROTOTYPE. The finish will likely be different. I've also included a pic of the bushings I've found success with, and a pic of the "installed" version covered in salty grimy goo just like YOURS will be if you drive in salty, grimy goo.

I am always down for one, especially since I went to my dealership and they performed the warranty on the bushings, giving me the older bushings and not even fixing the clunk. Ugh I hate small dealerships.
