well today was the day. i got my vis cf evo hood for my sunlight silver msp today. It actually is near mint condition. no air bublle or nothing in the cf. fits near perfect. Just on both rear corners crack in the clear coat. i am relaly not worried though. i am painting the sides silver to flow with the car in like a week or so anyhow so he'd had to ruff up the finish anyhow. So i give vis a a- for my hood. near perfect just the rear corners were messed up which problably happened in shipment and they had it packaged pretty well so i realize its not there fault. I would definitely recommend vis to anyone. its also hella lot cheaper than ww. It matches my dg cf grille so nicely. My car runs alot cooler now as well. And when you pop the hood its not a jolt of heat like it used to be with the old hood. Definitely worth my 590 buc k..with the shipping. Now its time for the hiboost fmic.(i wish perrin would come out with theirs already) :D

i took pics. i just got a new toshiba laptop for college last night so i didnt have a chance to post any pics yet. i am heading to work now so i'll try to post them when i get home. thatll be around 9 or 10 thanks for the interest guys

The fitment of that hood looks off bad. The left has no gap between the headlight and the right you could stick you hand through. Can it be adjusted?

Here we go :)

PS: in my opinion it doesnt worth the price tag... Mine cost me 330$ with paint shop fees...

the right is up about a cm maybe. it's not too bad. i haven't try any adjustments yet. my friend had a cf hood and just put a phone book on the one side all day and then it was fine. along the fender it fits perfect on both sides. the only fitment problem is by the right headlight. it's really not that bad when you see it in person. one really hot day i'm gonna try the phone book thing. the left side is perfect how it should be.

Yea looks like the hood is torqued..Maybe you tightened one side to much before you got the one tight....

Thanks for the pics though...Now I know exactly what it will look like on my car:):)

very nice! I'd have to get the blacked out headlights with no amber reflector from procarparts.com or try doing it myself.
